1. Acceptance of Terms By accessing the frequency of The Chroma Lounge, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please disconnect immediately.
2. Intellectual Property The “Chroma Lounge” brand, including all audio streams, visual architecture, custom code, and logo marks, are the sole property of the brand. Users are granted a limited license to experience the content for personal use. Commercial redistribution or “re-broadcasting” of our signal without written consent is strictly prohibited.
3. User Conduct When using the “Communication Conduit,” you agree to transmit valid data only. Harassment, spamming, or attempting to breach the station’s encryption will result in a permanent IP block from our nodes.
4. Limitation of Liability The Chroma Lounge is provided “as-is.” While we strive for 24/7 signal stability, we are not liable for any service interruptions, data loss, or the “haze” of the internet. We are not responsible for the content or security of any “External Nodes” (third-party links) found on this site.
5. Termination of Service We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the station or your access to it at any time, for any reason, without prior notice.
